“Budget always plays a part in the
developer’s ethic and I pride myself in targeting the project to be on budget and on time. The environmental needs, the functional needs, the
client’s ideas, ideals and needs, melded with my own commitment to thoughtful planning and innovative design all shape my architectural responses.”
