This 26-unit concrete condominium building in central Victoria is designed around a courtyard, like a shell around a pearl.

The challenge was getting building approval. Finding a solution which neither compromised the design nor the client’s objectives is one of PRAXIS’ strengths.

Large bay windows, terraces and flying roof structures provide gracious architectural details and light bright individual units.
