The Red Lion Inn began life as a typical fifties wood-trimmed motel/hotel. Following a major fire in the nineties Praxis was contracted to do a major renovation that transformed the hotel into a pink stucco Florida style- motor inn.

Continuing this concept, yet incorporating the west coast style,  the interior features horizontal cedar beams, sliding doors and windows, and an enclosed patio .Exotic palms and foliage landscape the small interior courtyard that overlooks the outdoor pool..

Client owner Wally Ming – a nuclear physicist by education sought to transform the property from a second rate destination on the outskirts of town to an exotic retreat.
